UPPside unveils eight-course European degustation

A refined culinary journey through Europe is arriving in the Clare Valley this April, with the launch of an immersive degustation experience at the UPPside European Restaurant & Wine Bar.

From Wednesday, 15 April, award-winning chef Christian Uppill will introduce an eight-course menu designed to take diners on a carefully curated journey across the continent, without leaving the Clare Valley.

Each course showcases a different flavour profile, from vibrant, contemporary dishes to rich old-world classics and refined sweet finishes.

The experience highlights seasonal, locally sourced produce, bringing a true paddock-to-plate philosophy to every dish.

Optional Clare Valley beverage pairings are also available, offering guests the opportunity to elevate each course with expertly matched local wines.

Designed for food lovers, couples celebrating special occasions, and those seeking a memorable dining experience, the degustation offers something beyond a traditional meal. It is an opportunity to explore both European cuisine and the Clare Valley’s produce in a single sitting.

While the new experience launches, The UPPside will continue to offer its regular seasonal menu and takeaway options.

The eight-course degustation is priced at $140 per person, with bookings required. Available Wednesday to Saturday, with sittings at 12pm and 6pm.
